The Blujayz
We are a music duo who love to perform and entertain people with music. We began playing together over 10 years ago for fun. Then we realised we could share this fun. So we started playing at nursing homes and retirement villages. Our music is a mix of rock and roll and country drawn from the 50s and 60s. We have our own portable pa system to provide an entertaining performance. When we play, we are more than happy to have our audience sing or tap along and get up to dance if the feeling takes them.
Tony Brown
Tony sings and plays guitar: rhythm, lead and bass. He is a mad Beatles fan and is always trying to convert his bandmate, Dennis.
Dennis Gargan
Dennis sings and plays guitar, banjo, mouth organ and piano. He is a desperate country music fan and has no chance of converting his bandmate.
